I know we were all excited about getting this club moving...but shortly after we sort of just stopped. But I'm determined to get this thing going, I just need help. If you're interested at all in God or religion, or are just looking for someone to talk to, we are here for you, just send us a note!

If you're looking to join, also send us a note titled "Worldview." In it, give your worldview (what you view of the world, what religion you are, who you believe God really is), and state that you're willing to join. Also put in there if it's okay for us to publish your worldview or not. And that's it! You'll be a member!

Pretty soon, we'll have devotionals for you guys to read, bible verses to help with certain times, and contests to make things interesting. Who knows what else we'll come up with along the way!

I can only pray to God that this club will fluorish, we just need people to join! If it is his will, then this club will be successful. It just may take some time.

That's pretty much all I have to say for now. I hope we get some people interested in this club, and I look forward to seeing what God does through it. =]

Hey, it's me, Tim. I am the second member to this club, and was just promoted as a moderator.

First off, I would just like to welcome anyone who views this page and say it's alright to send a note if you're curious about anything related to God, or just need someone to talk to. I will be here waiting to answer, as well as Lor ().

NatsumeRyu: I have been thinking a little bit lately, about how this club thing is supposed to work. When I started this, I had very little experience with clubs. Seeking for a way the Christian Club could have deviations, and therefore glorify God, was sometimes on my mind. Finally, I realized that it would be easiest if we simply did as other clubs did - the members submit deviations which they feel are appropriate, and the club posts them with links back to the originals in the members galleries (I.E. [link] ). So, I'm going to go looking through my gallery for things to submit, just like I did for Bumbles. You too!
To submit a deviation to possibly be uploaded here, simply send a note with the subject "Submit" or similar.

NatsumeRyu: I apologize for not getting ANY of those Deviations in within the month...
No, I haven't forgotten about it...I allowed myself to do other things instead - in other words... I put it off D:
Well, I was trying to rectify that, as I felt today would be an awesome day to devote to just working on those deviations...but found it more difficult as I wound deeper into the threads that define Christianity. I found an awesome website ([link]), which was really a good source, but...I'm finding it harder and harder to express myself in MS Word.
Perhaps it is just that these things are uneccessary - the website I provided earlier ([link]) expresses all that I really need to. What then would we add as Deviations? How then are we to share the Gospel via this Club? Perhaps sharing personal testimonies and experiences is the media of this club. I will be digging up my testimony then... Let him who have ears listen.
And I need to remember to stick "Club" in my journal...

Well, it's one week later and feels the need to let you know this club is actually going somewhere.

Ok, now that I've gotten that out of my system, it's time to do the updates.
Things that will be done in the future:
I plan on creating several deviations in the near future (not too near, mind you, more like...in a month...hopefully. ) that include:
How to be a Christian (I wanted to make sure we get the basics down first, since it seems like few places today do that). That will come in increments.

Cornerstone: DYP, LA, aLW Concise 5th Edition analysis by a Christian. This Cornerstone book is something I'm reading for college, and for those of us Christians going to secular colleges (or other schools), I simply wanted to provide a Christian view point for the book. Will probably be in increments according to chapter.
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ." Colossians 2:8
What is a Christian? That I may be able to fit into one deviation.

Christian music is really easy to find nowadays...you just have to look for it. Also, many Christians don't believe their genre of music comes in "Christian". I'm sure there's at least ONE Christian artist that will make music you like, 'cause there's so many of them.

That's all that I listen to online. Obviously, it's easy to find "gospel" or "modern" music on the radio, and it's also easy to search the internet for Christian radio stations near you, or other online stations that play other genres. I want to encourage you guys today to find a station that works for you.
